Cousin Vinny's Pizza at 834 Watertower Lane, West Carrollton, Ohio.

This place is literally my favorite food place but honestly had the worst service tonight in my life. I online ordered a delivery pizza at 1130.. it said it would be here at 1220. I called at 1240 to see what was going on and the person on the phone said that the pizza should be here any minute. It is now 130 and I just called back and the person on the phone is now telling me that they got my order but never put it in. Therefore the first person i talked to an hour ago lied to me in general because our order was never even made. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that the manager on duty during that time had just left and that the manager right now was too busy. The only thing the person on the phone was willing to do for me was to let me wait another hour for my food and send along a free bread stick card with my next purchase..... I have waited 2 hours for food that was never even made. Terrible service and terrible customer service from both associates I spoke to on the phone.
